If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Custom, special-order, installed, or clearance items cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
